BLUEFISH WITH BACON (for 4) By Dave “Pops” Masch, OTW Books

1 lbs. of bluefish fillets
8 slices of bacon
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 TBS butter 

Roll 4 single-serving size fillets or fillet sections.
Wrap each roll with bacon strips.
Dip the ends of the rolls in bread crumbs moistened with butter.
Bake these rolls in a 400 degree oven until the bacon is crisp
and the fish is cooked through.
Salt and pepper, and serve.
This is outstanding and easy.
